- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund.
- Note: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Exchanges will be shipped at no extra cost. For your protection, please ship with tracking and insurance.
Please allow ten (10) business days after the receipt of your returned item(s) to process your refund or exchange.
We do not currently offer free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the size of your order and shipping address. Please allow 1-4 business days for delivery as shipping times may vary by location.
Expedited and International Shipping
All orders outside Europe ship DPD Express. If you need expedited shipping or a faster service, please contact us for pricing.
If you are ordering your Bag Pillow from outside Europe, please know that additional fees may be charged by customs in your country and are the customer’s responsibility. You may contact your local post office to obtain information on possible customs charges.
